Problème imprimante canon Pixma IP 2000

je possède une imprimante canon. je n'arrive plus à imprimer car il est indiqué que le réservoir d'encre usagé est rempli. Savez-vs où se trouve ce réservoir? que dois-je faire?

Trouvé sur hardware.fr :

1 - MISE AU POINT SUR LE COMPTEUR D'ENCRE USAGEE:

J'ai démonté totalement ma i560, et il me semble important de faire la mise au point suivante.

Pour ce qui est du réservoir d'encre usagée, l'endroit où repose la tête au repos (au moins sur la i560, et aussi sur d'autres), n'est PAS le réservoir d'encre usagée, c'est juste un support, poreux (genre pierre ponce, mais en plastique), sous lequel on trouvent 2 tuyaux (un pour le noir et un pour la couleur) qui eux conduisent au vrai réservoir, qui se trouve au fond de l'imprimante.

Ce "réservoir" est en fait le fond de l'imprimante, il est rempli de 3 couches de matière absorbante, genre feutre, mais c'est de la cellulose (ça doit être la même matière que les couches pour bébé) chacune de ces "éponges" mesure 5mm de haut et couvre tout le fond de l'imprimante excepté l'alim, par contre il n'y a aucun capteur pour mesurer soit le niveau de liquide, soit l'humidité.

Fond d'une BJC 6000, en cadré en rouge le feutre appelé "réservoir d'encre usagée":
(A l'origine, imprimante neuve, tout ce qui y est vert est blanc)

En fait il y a un compteur, et ce compteur totalise le nombre de nettoyages des têtes qui ont été effectués, une fois arrivé au nombre fatidique l'imprimante se bloque.
Ceci ne signifie en rien que le "réservoir" soit plein, juste qu'il pourrait l'être.
Un exemple au hasard, moi et mon i560 , les "couches" étaient tout de même bien imprégnées mais auraient pu absorber encore le même volume d'encre.

Donc quand l'imprimante annonce réservoir d'encre usagée plein, c'est qu'on est arrivé au maxi du nombre de nettoyage de têtes autorisé, et là l'imprimante envoie un msg d'erreur et se bloque.
La seule façon de s'en sortir c'est de remettre à zéro ce compteur, la manip est différente selon le type de l'imprimante.

En conclusion, il ne faut pas abuser du nettoyage de têtes via le soft d'impression, perso je dirais qu'il ne sert qu'à nettoyer la surface des têtes (par exemple en cas de papier pelucheux) mais que pour déboucher les buses il vaut mieux faire tremper sa tête.

Donc si votre impression commence à se détériorer essayez UN et UN SEUL nettoyage de têtes via le soft d'impression, et si le problême n'est pas résolu il est inutile d'insister, de faire tourner le compteur et gaspiller de l'encre, passez à la méthode trempage.

Ci-dessous vous trouverez des méthodes et liens pour remettre à zéro le compteur du "réservoir", par contre ceci comporte un risque, ce risque c'est qu'un jour, rassurez vous il y a de la marge, le feutre soit effectivement plein, gorgé d'encre, à ce moment là l'encre risque de couler sur votre beau bureau tout neuf.

Au paragraphe 3 ci-dessous vous trouverez la méthodologie pour nettoyer ces feutres.

2 - METHODES DE REMISE A ZERO DU COMPTEUR D'ENCRE USAGEE POUR IMPRIMANTES CANON

TOUTES CES PROCEDURES NE SONT PAS DE VAGUES ELUCUBRATIONS DE BIDOUILLEURS, CE SONT DES EXTRAITS DES MANUELS D'ENTRETIEN DES IMPRIMANTES, ELLES SONT UTILISEES QUOTIDIENNEMENT PAR LES REPARATEURS AGREES CANON.
Donc si ça ne marche pas chez vous c'est que vous n'avez pas respecté scrupuleusement les divers points de ces méthodes.

Les feedbacks sont les bienvenus afin de mettre à jour cette liste de procédures.

Pour certains modèles, dont au moins les S900 et i960, il faut d'abord retirer la tête avant de réaliser la procédure.

MINI LEXIQUE:

Power button = bouton d'alimentation
Resume button = bouton Reprendre/Annuler

Canon GENERIC "S" SERIES RESET CODE
Waste Ink Counter Reset.
(1) Turn off the printer.
(2) Press and hold the RESUME button, then press and hold the POWER button.
(3) Release the RESUME button, Next press and release the RESUME button two(2) more times in
succession. Note: you are still holding the POWER button). The printer's carriage will "reset"
or move momentarily. If the above was properly performed the printer will enter the
"Service Mode".
(4) Press the RESUME button 4 times, this will select the clear waste ink counter function. The lamp
will alternate (change) color with each key press.
1. Service/Factory test printout, including ink sensor check.
2. EEPROM - Info printout.
3. EEPROM - Initialization.
4. Reset the Waste ink counter.
5. Printer model setting. (More selections beyond this point - However it is best leave them unaltered - You have been warned!)
After selecting the desired mode (eg 4), press the POWER button to "set" the change, and return to the top of the function selection menu. Press the POWER button again to restart the printer.

3. Connect power.
4. Close door, then release power button.

2. Press and hold the POWER button, turn on the printer.
3. The indicator (L.E.D.) should be green.
4. Press and release the RESUME button , the indicator (L.E.D.) should be orange.

6. Release both buttons.

step 2 : Software for Permanant

Step1
Suivez s'il vous plaît lmunissez vous de tournevis cruciformes

1. Après avoir enlevé la boite de cartouches d'encre, déconnecter l'imprimante de la mise en tension et de la connexion USB
2. renverser l'imprimante le bas en haut
3. Au fond, vous pouvez voir il y a des vis cruciformes
4. Elles maintiennent l'alimentation
5. dévissez-les
6. Et déboiter soigneusement la boîte "noir-grise d'alimentation"
7. Alors vous verrez une le cordon d'alimentation avec l'imprimante terminé par une mini prise blanche.
8. Employer une pince adhoc pour le sortir avec grard soin.
9. Laisser l'alimentation au repos pendant 30 minutes, la carte eeprom va se décharger de son contenu
10. Reconnecter soigneusement le cordon par sa prise blanche (délicat si on a pas des petit doigts) le détrompeur de la prise évite d'inverser le sens d'introduction.

Step2
Allumez l'imprimante après connexion au réseau électrique
(1) pressez scan - copy - scan pour avoir accès au paramétrage
(2) ACCEDER AU MENU NVRAM
(3) METTRE ABS-M à 0
(4)METTRE ABS-P à 0
(5) SORTIR DU MENU DE PARAMETRAGE
(6) reconnecter le cable USB et l'alimentation, remettre les cartouches
(7)puis quelques pages de test d'impression pour réamorcer les cartouches

1) Printer on, press Additional Functions, Scan, Copy, Scan. Now you should be in service mode from there for waste ink tank reset it is simalar to what has already been posted

2) Select Test mode which is like the last available selection

3) Select #8 Printer Test, it will do something here like cleaning or something then it will come up with some other option this is where it gets a bit confusing cause now all it says is like 8-2 or 8-3 push the + or - button until it says 8-3 then hit the select button

4) The menu will now say EEPRON Clear. Select Ink count which is option (0) and press set

5) Select Ink count which is option (0) and press set.

2) Select TEST MODE.

6) Press the [OK] key.
7) Press the [Stop/Reset] key (returning to the state of 3)), and then press the [ON/OFF] key.

2. press [copy] and then #
3. go to 'test mode' by pressing > several times
4. press "OK"
5. now press 8 then 3 then 0

2. Hit "Copy" Key

4. Scroll thru the menu headings until you come to "Test Mode" - 12th heading
4a. Hit "8" to select Printer Test
5. Hit the "3" button- this will bring up Eprom Clear
6. Hit "0" button
7. Hit the "Stop" button
After completion of step 7, turn printer off and On again to set the new settings

3 - NETTOYAGE DES FEUTRES:

Avant de vous lancer dans cette manip lisez bien tout ce topic, et surtout consultez les liens où il est expliqué comment démonter une imprimante.

Une fois le compteur remis à zéro c'est comme si on roulait sur la réserve du réservoir d'essence d'une voiture, on peut encore rouler, mais pas 500Km.

Donc après avoir remis ce compteur à zéro, quand je dis après, il n'y a pas urgence, mais pensez à le faire, il vous faudra démonter votre imprimante.

Habillez-vous en dégueulasse, une giclée d'encre est vite arrivée

Toutes les Canon sont faites de 3 parties, le dessus de la coque, la partie imprimante (rouleau, tête, électronique etc) et le fond partie basse de la coque.

Démonter la coque est assez délicat vu qu'elle est clipsée et non vissée, mais en faisant ça avec soin c'est possible.

Pour sortir la partie imprimante il y a des vis à dévisser, et aussi des fils ou des nappes (juste 2 ou 3) à débrancher, pour les fils/nappes c'est simple il y a toujours des connecteurs, rien à déssouder

Vous trouverez ci-dessous des liens avec photos expliquant comment démonter certains modèles.

Une fois démontée il faut emmener toute la partie basse (le fond de l'imprimante qui contient les feutres) dans une baignoire ou un évier, ces feutres sont gorgés d'encre, et ça tache !!!

Extraire les feutres en repérant bien leur ordre, il y a en 2 ou 3 ou 4 selon les modèles, chacun de forme différente, mettre le fond de l'imprimante à l'abri, hors de la baignoire ou évier.

On arrive au sérieux, on prend les feutres un par un, puis on les presse afin d'en faire sortir l'encre, ne pas presser trop fort tout de même, passer un coup de douchette à l'eau chaude, puis re-presser, puis re-douchette, re-presser etc ....... jusqu'à ce que le liquide sortant du feutre soit clair.

On laisse sècher les feutres (en été les miens ont séché en 24h) sur un séchoir.
On peut accélérer le séchage en les passant au sèche cheveux au début.

Une fois qu'ils sont bien secs il faut les secouer, les tapoter, pour leur redonner du volume.
